Content Ingest Report

The Content Ingest Report displays details of content ingest operations that happened during the selected time period, including:

  • The date that the operation started

  • The operation's activity ID

  • The module that handled the ingest

  • The activity name

  • The resource ID

  • The resource name

  • The action

  • The operation's status

  • The resource's status

At the top of the page, you can:

  • Change the date range for the current data.

  • Search within the data

  • Filter the data by one or more of the following:Module – the content import module handling the ingestResource IDResource nameActionStatus

In each tile, you can:

  • Click on the data, then click table_icon.png to open the View Data window for the selected data category.
    In this window, you can:See more detailed data, including (for some categories) a list of the accounts that comprise the total shown in the tile.Change the sort order.Show and hide fields.Change the number of rows displayed.Download the data.
