This tab allows you to search for a customer record using one or more of the following:

First name
-
Last name
-
Address
-
Postal ZIP code
The search returns customer IDs, which you can then use in GDPR – Subject Access Request to retrieve a specific subject access request report.
Example search patterns:

<first_name>
-
<first_name> <last_name>
-
<first_name> <last_name> <address>

<first_name> <last_name> <address> <postal_zip_code>
Note that:

You must not use more than one space between words.
-
You must not use more than five spaces in total.
