Sending a notification to all devices that belong to an account

Procedure

Sending a notification to all the devices that belong to a particular account is a two-step process:

1. Get all the devices that belong to an account by following the instructions in (25.26_Q2 1) Get device data.

2. Send a notification to each device in turn by following the instructions in (25.26_Q2 1) Sending a notification to a specific device.
