Activating, suspending, restricting and cancelling accounts

Activating accounts

Use this to activate a restricted or suspended account:

  1. On the Subscriber Accounts list page, select  check_round_black.png  Activate Account from the relevant  menu_black.png menu.
    Alternatively, display the account in View mode and select  check_round_black.png  Activate Account from the  menu_black.png menu.

  2. A confirmation message is displayed, click the ACTIVATE ACCOUNT button.

To activate multiple accounts:

  1. On the Subscriber Accounts list page, select the relevant checkboxes.

  2. In the banner, click Activate Accounts.

  3. A confirmation message is displayed, click the ACTIVATE ACCOUNTS button.

Suspending accounts

Use this to suspend an account:

  1. On the Subscriber Accounts list page, select  remove_black.png  Suspend Account from the relevant  menu_black.png menu.
    Alternatively, display the account in View mode and select  remove_black.png  Suspend Account from the  menu_black.png menu.

  2. A confirmation message is displayed, click the SUSPEND ACCOUNT button.

To suspend multiple accounts:

  1. On the Subscriber Accounts list page, select the relevant checkboxes.

  2. In the banner, click Suspend Accounts.

  3. A confirmation message is displayed, click the SUSPEND ACCOUNTS button.

Restricting accounts

Use this to restrict an account:

  1. On the Subscriber Accounts list page, select  restrict_black.png  Restrict Account from the relevant  menu_black.png menu.
    Alternatively, display the account in View mode and select  restrict_black.png Restrict Account from the  menu_black.png menu.

  2. A confirmation message is displayed, click the RESTRICT ACCOUNT button.

To restrict multiple accounts:

  1. On the Subscriber Accounts list page, select the relevant checkboxes

  2. In the banner, click Restrict Accounts.

  3. A confirmation message is displayed, click the RESTRICT ACCOUNTS button.

Cancelling accounts

Use this to cancel an account:

  1. On the Subscriber Accounts list page, select  cancel.png  Cancel Account from the relevant  menu_black.png  menu.
    Alternatively, display the account in Edit mode and select  cancel.png  Cancel  Account from the relevant  menu_black.png  menu.

  2. A confirmation message is displayed, click the CANCEL ACCOUNT button.

To delete multiple accounts:

  1. On the Subscriber Accounts list page, select the relevant checkboxes.

  2. In the banner, select Cancel  Account from the relevant  menu_black.png  menu.

  3. A confirmation message is displayed, click the CANCEL ACCOUNTS button.
