The new Permissions Management app manages permissions for these new apps only:

Channel Management
Product Management

To manage other permissions, use the existing Users and Roles screens.

The Permissions Management app enables separate permissions to be defined for individual services. For example, in Channel Management you could restrict the ability of some users or roles to create broadcast channels while still allowing them to create or edit OTT channels.
