How to download the TV app

FireTV

To download the TV app on FireTV:

1. On the main menu, select Find and then select Search below.

2. Search for the 1Tennessee TV app. (You can also use your voice to search by pressing the voice button on your Alexa Voice Remote.)

3. Select the app.

4. Select Get   or the shopping cart icon   to start your download.

5. Open the app and sign in using the username and password for your TV account.

6. Call 784-5000 or email [email protected] if you have any trouble signing in.

iOS

To download the TV app on your iOS device:

1. Using your iPhone or iPad, tap the App Store button below to find the app in the App Store.

2. Tap the Get button to start your download.

3. When the download is complete, open the app and sign in using the username and password for your TV account.

Android

To download the TV app on your Android device:

1. Using your Android phone or tablet, tap the Google Play button below to find the app in the Google Play Store.

2. Tap the Install button to start your download.

3. When the download is complete, open the app and sign in using the username and password for your TV account.
