For the deployment of the Disney+ adapter, several configurations are necessary.
Node availability
The Disney+ adapter creates a DisneyPlus node by default in into which all D+ content is referenced.
The node is created with availability dates "start": null, "end": null, and will though not expose the nodes to client devices.
The operator can set the node availability dates accordingly either via API or through Op-Console.
