Subscribing to and handling purchase completion notifications

Overview

When a purchase is successfully completed, the Purchase Service initiates a notification that the operator CRM system should handle.

The exact details of how the CRM system subscribes to and receives these notifications are deployment-specific and will be determined during integration.

Message format

The message includes:

  • The ID of the account

  • The device ID

  • The ID of the product being purchased
