Installing the OpenTV ION mobile app on iOS

To install the OpenTV ION mobile app on iOS:

  1. Contact your account manager to request access to the app.
    You will receive a TestFairy email inviting you to download and install the app.

  2. Tap the link in the email to download the app.

  3. When prompted to install OpenTV ION, tap Install.

  4. Try opening the app. You will see an "Untrusted Enterprise Developer" message. Tap Cancel.

  5. To trust the developer, open the Settings app and go to General > Device Management > Nagra Media UK LTD. Tap Trust "Nagra Media UK LTD". Tap Trust to confirm.

  6. Open the app. When prompted, enter your username and password.
