Sending a notification to all devices that belong to an account

Procedure

Sending a notification to all the devices that belong to a particular account is a two-step process:

1. Get all the devices that belong to an account by following the instructions in Get device data.

2. Send a notification to each device in turn by following the instructions in Sending a notification to a specific device.
