Metadata VOD Purge Activity

The Metadata VOD Purge Activity report shows the status of VOD purge activities in all OPF3.x modules such as CCP, CPM, UAV and IHS. For each activity, it shows:

• The activity ID

• The module that the activity relates to

• The activity name

• The date

• For each resource:

  • The resource ID

  • The resource name

  • The action that was taken

  • The status of the action

  • The status of the resource

At the top of the page, you can:

• Change the date range for the current data.

• Search within the data

• Filter on module or status

In the table itself, you can:

• Sort the table by clicking on the sort icon in the column header.

• Hover over the data to see additional information.

• Click on the data, then click to open the View Data window for the selected data category.
  In this window, you can:

  • See more detailed data, including (for some categories) a list of the accounts that comprise the total shown in the tile.

  • Change the sort order.

  • Show and hide fields.

  • Change the number of rows displayed.

  • Download the data.
